Mission Control: Sonic

I'ma back! Once again, Cookie is here with a picture of my redesign series, Sonic: Mission Control! Since I decided to take a rather long break from art and stuff like that, I wanted to make Sonic's look. Please note, Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to Sega, this is simply a nonprofit project where I deal with new designs and give a new atmosphere, unlike a Sonic game. So, this is my attempt to redesign the famous hedgehog. As I was drawing this, I actually made a bio for this Sonic reboot, so I hope you enjoy it and this picture.

Sonic is a very cocky, sarcastic hedgehog who prides himself in his speed. Nevertheless, he also enjoys helping others, which could be his greatest attribute or greatest flaw in some events. He tends to have a very low patience threshold, but this varies by the event. Even though he is competitive, he takes losses better than others. Outside of missions, he is pretty laidback and can be seen doing practice runs or listening to music. Almost nothing is really known about Sonic, so there isn't really a lot of explanation to his history or weirder traits, like preferring to sleep outside, not being able to swim, flicking his left ear when flustered or frustrated, having a unnatural jumping ability, etc. Despite the lack of knowledge of the hedgehog, his friends still enjoy his company. His personality usually wins people over, and he has earned a lot of allies and friends. Besides speed, he is stupendously talented at aiming, which is because of his visor. Despite not needing the visor for aiming anymore, it has other uses, so he keeps it on. He sports great agility and flexibility, thus allowing him to roll like a ball and allowing him to perform moves like the Spin Dash, Homing Attack, and Horse Kick. Being unusually lightweight, he can get knocked pretty far when getting hit.
